TRADE NIGHT

Introducing Trade Night, a new event at Instant Replay. Join us on Saturday, October 26th from 6-8pm for an evening of trading with fellow collectors. Bring your trade box and see what other collectors might have that you want. Space is limited, so please be mindful of that. We know you may have 10 monster boxes of cards you'd like to trade, but we ask you to please bring in 1 box at a time -- and please watch your cards. It's very easy for cards to get spread out and mixed up with others' cards. Please be considerate of others' collections and remember both sides should consider it a fair deal when making a trade. Not everyone is going to see eye-to-eye, but we hope it's an enjoyable event where everyone has fun meeting other hobbyists and can add some great new cards to their collections.

If you've got items you'd like to move, our in-store auction might be just the thing for you.

Each participant can bring a maximum of 3 items for inclusion in the auction. Items need to be dropped off by Wednesday, Oct 23rd to be included. Please provide an explanation of what your item is (if it's a card, this means the year, manufacturer, product, and card details, such as "lava flow refractor" or "white uniform photo variation SP" etc) and the minimum amount you're willing to take for it.  

** A 10% commission will be deducted from any sold items before payout **

At this time we're looking for cards as well as reputably certified autographed memorabilia for inclusion in the auction.

This will be a silent auction. Lists of all available items, with descriptions and minimum bids, will be provided. Bidders will be asked to write their name and their bid on the bid sheet. Bidding will open at 6pm. Bid sheets will be collected no later than 7:45pm. Bidders must be present for their bids to be honored.

Items that receive bids at or above their minimum must be paid for at the end of the event. THIS IS A CASH-ONLY AUCTION -- we want all consigners to leave with the money for their items at the time of sale. There will be a 10% commission subtracted from the payout on any sold items.
